Well, not so much an entire weekend gaming - but if you count Rugby as gaming, then I watched the Super 14 semi's, so I guess that's more gaming for you.
Anyhow, the weekend in gaming, as seen by me.
Rise of Legends
I'm still not getting into it as much as I hoped/thought. I'm playing through just so I can say I gave it a fair go, and it does have some nice bits to it, but overall I'm just not digging it. I guess it's kind of nice having a storyline behind the campaign, and the cutscenes / map variations...
I've been playing the Telecom Virtual Rugby thing this season, and a few weeks ago had been ranked at around 1200-1700th out of 143,000 people each week. But some of the results from the last few weeks have been incredibly random. This week was no exception, with the Chiefs beating the Waratahs and the Highlanders beating the Brumbies, neither of which I picked, neither of which I think *anyone* would have picked.
So far the quality of rugby this season has been a bit hit and miss, making it kind of hard to watch some of the matches right the way...

That's where they're going. The result is a lot of inconsistent reffing and that scrums across the competition are a mess -...
Well done to NZ for winning the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
It'll be a great thing for the country, and hopefully we might end up having a couple of stadiums upgraded before then, which can only be a good thing.
I'd just like to point something out regarding a Super 12 "Commentator", Murray Mexted, and that is the fact that he is not in fact a commentator at all, he is a speculator. Commentators, as implied by their title, will commentate a game of rugby, speculators make wildly untrue statements as to what teams captains, teams, countries, etc are thinking or planning, or in fact can at times make stupid statements about anything at all whether it be related or not to rugby.
Murray Mexted is also prone to letting his personal biases get in the way of actually providing any...
