The 10 Highly Annoying Habits of Bloggers by talking about or making excuses for the lack of entries recently. It's been weird lately, and I've very much had the feeling like someone pressed the pause button on my life, and as a result I haven't been doing a whole hell of a lot. I've been reading a lot of
Red Meat cartoons, as well as a lot of
Something Awful Photoshop Phridays, but wouldn't recommend anyone reading this from work to follow those links.
However, I have been working on transforming this corner of my garden into something more interesting:
That's the before shot by the way. It has involved a lot of digging, a lot of cursing and spade throwing, but it's finally done. I have a lovely boring sequence of progress photos to put online when I get a sunny day decent enough to take the last photo, at which point I'll throw them online as a monument to how taking a 6 month holiday can really affect your brain and turn you into a boring person. Oh, and because I like my garden, and it's proof that I've actually left the house AND/OR gotten out of bed before 2pm at least a few times.
